Welcome to the SASS Appointment Booking System.

Appointment Guidelines:
Booking: Schedule your appointment at least one week in advance.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early for in-person appointments to complete paperwork and ensure we start on time.
Online/Zoom: If you prefer a Zoom meeting, please indicate this in the booking notes.
Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please notify us. Appointments may be cancelled after 15 minutes, and you’ll need to reschedule.
Appointment Duration: Each session lasts 15 or 30 minutes. If you require additional time, please book an extra slot.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: To reschedule or cancel, please use the "Reschedule" or "Cancel Appointment" buttons in your confirmation email.
